Mother’s Day Out Provides a Christian-based Learning Option for Children

so Parents Can Take Advantage of Needed Time Off.

How does Mother’s Day Out teach children?

At MDO we have a wide range of activities for children to learn, play, and stay active. Each class follows a faith-based curriculum designed to meet the multi-dimensional needs of children at their level of development. While we provide excellent care for children, parents have the opportunity to run errands, take a personal break, or catch up on other important responsibilities. The Mother’s Day Out program has been a ministry of First Baptist Harrah for many years. We offer it to show love to our town and help build strong families.

MDO is for children ages six weeks through Pre-K. All of our workers have been screened and trained to provide a safe and excellent environment of care for your child.

How do I enroll my child?

To participate in MDO, please call Roxana Myers, our Mother’s Day Out Director at 405-454-4900, and let us know when to expect you. Then plan to stop by on a Tuesday or Thursday to register your child. Please come into the office and our friendly staff will help you through the process. Please be sure to bring a copy of your child’s updated shot record.

What types of activities does MDO do each day?

  •         a music and motion time for kids to sing and dance

  •         a chance for children to play in the gym or on our playground

  •         nap time

  •         morning and afternoon snacks

What is the cost and how do I make payments?

A $50.00 non-refundable enrollment fee will be due when your child is enrolled.

We cannot hold your spot if your enrollment fee is not paid with your enrollment form or if your monthly tuition is not paid on time, even if your child is not here. Tuition must be paid by the 15th of each month. If you are needing to pay online for tuition please talk to our financial secretary to set up an online account.
